Pay-Less Markets, Inc. strives to support local organizations and individuals who seek assistance in the areas of health, social services, education, and the environment through programs, events, or fundraising efforts. While Pay-Less would like to accommodate all requests, we do have budgetary constraints and can only approve a limited number of donations. Past support does not guarantee future support.

The purpose of our donation initiative is to support our corporate objectives that strengthen the well-being of our local community and represent our corporate values on Guam.

Guidelines:

  • Organizations MUST fill out a donation request application form and provide valid documentation of event at least (3) weeks prior to the event date. Any submissions past the (3) week deadline will still be reviewed based on availability of budget.

Please note that applications that do not have a completed donation request application form and valid documentation will automatically be declined. All completed requests require a timely review process. We appreciate your patience during this process. If we can help, we will reach out to your organization up to (10) days prior to your event.

1. Which organizations are eligible to receive donations?

Organizations and individuals who seek assistance in the areas of health, social services, education, and the environment through programs, events, or fundraising efforts. The event, fundraiser or program MUST serve our Guam community. Past support does not guarantee future support.

2. What is acceptable valid documentation and why is it necessary?

In order to review donation application form, it must be accompanied by a valid form of documentation such as a formal solicitation letter, or event flyer with information such as venue, date of event, and contact information. For medical solicitations, a valid documentation from the doctor, which states the condition of the person. All documents submitted will be kept confidential. A valid document is necessary for accounting purposes.

3. How will I know if my donation request application has been approved?

Completed donation application requests are reviewed in a timely manner. If your application is approved for donation, you will generally receive a notice within 10 days prior to your event, fundraiser, or program date.
