Wheat Crust

Ingredient List

  • 4 C. Wheat Flour
  • 1 C. Nonfat/Skim Milk
  • ½ C. Shortening (Crisco)
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder

Pumpkin Filling

Ingredient List

  • 2 ½ c. pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice


  • Preheat oven at 375°. Crust: Shift flour, sugar and baking powder into a large mixing bowel. Combine remaining ingredients to form dough. Cut dough into golf size pieces forming a ball, cover and set aside.
  • Mix pumpkin ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Take dough and roll them into 4 inch disk. Take disk, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, moisten edges with some water then fold in half forming a semicircle. With a fork, crimp edges to seal. Makes 2 dozen. Bake for 20 minutes or until gold brown.
