- 16 oz. Egg Substitute
- 1 C. Splenda
- 2 C. Milk nonfat milk
- 1 Lemon rind or 1Tbsp. Vanilla extract for flavoring
Directions: Scald the milk in a double
boiler for 15 minutes. Blend the egg
substitute with the splenda, milk and
flavoring. Pour into pan with
caramelized sugar. Place loaf pan
in a larger pan half-filled with water
and bake until mixture becomes firm.
Cool before removing from pan by
carefully inverting so the syrup runs
over the sides.
