Wheat Crust
Ingredient List
- 4 C. Wheat Flour
- 1 C. Nonfat/Skim Milk
- 1/2 C. Shortening (Crisco)
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
Pumpkin Filling

- 2 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1. Preheat oven at 375°. Crust: Shift flour, sugar and baking powder into a large mixing bowel. Combine remaining ingredients to form dough. Cut dough into golf size pieces forming a ball, cover and set aside.
2. Mix pumpkin ingredients together. Set aside.
3. Take dough and roll them into 4 inch disk. Take disk, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, moisten edges with some water then fold in half forming a semicircle. With a fork, crimp edges to seal. Makes 2 dozen.
Bake for 20 minutes or until gold brown.
