Banana Almond Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ½ tsp flax meal
- ½ tsp chia seed
- 2 cups milk or dairy-free alternative
- ½ cup plain yogurt
Directions
Cut the bananas into pieces.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately. (Optional: Top with cinnamon and crushed almonds)
