Breakfast Wreath
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs, large
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 8 oz. can Crescents
- 2 links Chamorro sausage, cooked, cubed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven at 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk. Lightly whisk. Add red and green bell peppers, and onions to mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Scramble mixture in a medium pan over medium-low heat for approximately 5-6 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout.
On a baking sheet, place crescent dough with wider ends towards the center. Overlap corners to create a star shape with a circle in the center.
Evenly distribute egg mixture around the wider ends of the crescents. Followed with an even distribution of Chamorro sausage and cheese.
Fold narrow ends of crescents over ingredients. Bake 7-9 minutes or until crescents become golden brown. Cool and serve.
