Calamansi Dressed Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup Calamansi juice
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 cup Local watermelon, cubed or balled
- 1 cup Mango, cubed
- 1 cup Pineapple, cubed
- ½ cup Papaya, cubed
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes, toasted
- 2 tbsp Chia seed
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bowl, except coconut flakes, and mix.
Top with toasted coconut flakes and enjoy.
