Combine butter, garlic, garlic powder and parsley flakes in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Salt and pepper both sides of steaks and fry in a medium pan over high heat. Searing each side for about 3-4 minutes.
Flip steaks over and brush liberally with the garlic butter.
Place steaks on a small baking sheeting and into oven. Check for desired doneness after about minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer steaks to serving plate and add more garlic butter if desired. Let steaks rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
