Måolek Rewards is our digital coupons and loyalty program. Membership is FREE!

Who can join?
Måolek Rewards is open to legal residents of Guam who are at least 18 years of age.
How do I sign up?
There are three easy ways you can sign up for Måolek Rewards!
Simply enter your 10-digit phone number.
- - On the Måolek Rewards terminal in-store at checkout,
- - On the AppCard portal on our website, OR
- - On the AppCard app on your mobile device.
After sign up, you can personalize your shopping experience by completing your profile information through the AppCard portal on our website or on the AppCard app.
Can my membership be revoked?
Yes, if fraudulent activity or account abuse occurs or if a customer is banned at any of our store locations, all points accumulated will be lost.

Where can I download the Måolek Rewards App?
To access all-things Måolek Rewards, download the AppCard app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
When signing in, a verification code will be sent to your phone via text. If you are unable to receive the verification code via text, try receiving the code by phone call. If neither of those options work, please fill out this form and our Måolek Customer Service Team will be able to assist you.
On the Måolek Rewards AppCard app, members will be able to:
- - Clip through all digital coupons
- - Check out what items they can redeem in their next visit
- - View their points balance and when they expire
- - Review their digital receipts
- - Make changes to their account information (If changes to your phone number or email address is needed, please fill out this form and our Måolek Customer Service Team will be able to assist you.)
Digital Coupons
Where can I find and clip digital coupons?
You can view all of the available coupons online on the AppCard portal on our website, or on the AppCard app on your mobile device.
Simply tap or click on the “+Clip” button at the bottom right of the item and you’re set! To view all of the coupons you’ve already clipped, tap or click on the “Clipped Coupons” tab at the top of the screen.
Can I use the same coupon more than once in one transaction?
No, coupons can only be used once per transaction. If you would like to avail of the same coupon again, the first transaction must be completed, you must clip the coupon again, and begin a new transaction.
How many of the same coupons am I able to clip within a day?
Coupons may be clipped as many times as they are available. Be sure to read the disclaimers for each coupon for more details.
Why wasn’t I able to use my coupons during my transaction?
Coupons must be clipped prior to the start of your transaction.
Before shopping, we recommend looking through what coupons are available on the AppCard portal on our website or on the AppCard app on your mobile device. Grab the items while you shop and once they’re scanned at the registers, the discounts will automatically apply.
Am I still able to use coupons I find on products?
Yes, customers will be able to use manufacturer coupons. If the coupons are the same, the system will choose the hard-copy/paper coupon over the digital coupon.
What if the store doesn’t have the products I want to use my coupons for?
Our coupons and Rewards Catalog items are available while supplies last.
Will I still accumulate points if I use the coupons?
Yes, the number of points earned will be based on the item total after the coupon was applied.
For example: If an item is $3 and you clipped a coupon for $1 OFF, you will earn (2) Måolek Rewards points for that item.
Are the coupons always the same? When do they change? How long are they valid for?
Coupons will change often and will indicate how long they are valid for. Be sure to read the disclaimers for each coupon for more details.
Our Rewards Catalog items will remain available for one (1) month at a time.
Points
How do I earn points in Måolek Rewards?
Earning points is easy! Shop at any of our (8) Pay-Less locations, enter your phone number on the terminal at checkout, and for every (1) dollar spent you will earn (1) Måolek Rewards Point*, after the transaction has been fully processed.
Can I earn points on all items purchased at Pay-Less?
Unfortunately, no. Points cannot be earned from purchases of the following:
- - Donations
- - Third party vendors
- - Gift certificates
- - Bingo
- - SuperDrug prescription (Rx) medication
Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining the Måolek Rewards Program?
No, you must sign up to start earning points for our Måolek Rewards Program. Points will not be rewarded for any purchases made prior to signing up.
Where can I view my points?
You can view your points online on the AppCard portal on our website, on the AppCard app on your mobile device, or on the terminal at checkout once you’ve signed in.
Where do I view the Rewards Catalog to decide how to redeem my points?
You can view the entire Rewards Catalog online on our website, on the AppCard portal, or on the AppCard app on your mobile device.
Through AppCard, you can see what items are redeemable on your next visit, or how many points are needed until the reward is redeemable. Printed copies of the Rewards Catalog are also available in-store while supplies last.
Our Rewards Catalog will have fresh, new items every month. All rewards items are while supplies last. A valid photo ID is required for redemption. Be sure to update your account information before redeeming rewards.
Will my Måolek Rewards points expire?
Yes, unredeemed points will expire one (1) year from the date they were earned. Find out how to check when your points expire here.
I'm missing points. What happened?
A few scenarios might have occurred:
- - Another customer has gained access to the account and has redeemed your points.
- - Points have passed their annual accrual date and have expired. Find out how to check when your points expire here.
If my points were stolen, will I be reimbursed?
Unfortunately, no, points will not be reimbursed after they have been redeemed.
Where can I see my rewards history?
You can view your digital receipts on the AppCard portal on our website or on the AppCard app on your mobile device.
How can I redeem my points?
We recommend first checking out our monthly Rewards Catalog on the AppCard portal on our website or on the AppCard app on your mobile device. While shopping, grab the item you would like to redeem. Once at the register for checkout, enter your phone number on the terminal, then find and select the item you want to redeem under the “Rewards” tab.
*A valid photo ID is required to redeem rewards. Be sure to update your account information before redeeming rewards.
If I decide to use my points for a different item after my transaction has been processed, would I be able to change my product?
Once your points have been redeemed, customers will be unable to make any exchanges.
How many rewards am I able to redeem?
You can redeem as many rewards that are covered by your total number of points.
Redemptions will not be allowed if our terminals are down or if there are system issues. We kindly ask that you come back at another time to redeem your rewards.
Can I exchange my Måolek Rewards points for cash or a Pay-Less gift certificate?
No, points do not have cash value and shall not be exchanged for gift certificates.
Am I able to use my points for a fruit platter or sashimi platter?
Yes, but only if the fruit platter or sashimi platter is being offered on the current month’s Rewards Catalog. You can check out the full catalog here.
Am I able to use my points for items at Infusion?
Merchandise that is not processed through Pay-Less registers are not eligible for Måolek Rewards.
What happens to my points if I choose to relocate off-island?
Customers will have the option to transfer points to another customer who is also enrolled in our program by filling out this form.
