Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic on the island, the foundation saw a rising need for food in the community.
Pay-Less Supermarkets hosted the “COVID-19 Food Drive” at all store locations from April 24, 2020 through June 30, 2020.
Food donation boxes were provided at the front of the stores where customers were able to donate canned foods and/or non-perishable items.
The first round of food donations was delivered on Tuesday, May 12th and the second round on Thursday, May 28th.

Guam Medical Association
Pay-Less Markets, a division of PMC Investments Inc., donates $12,000 to Guam Medical Association for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies, which will be used by frontline healthcare workers to protect them from COVID-19. With the shortage of PPE on Guam, Pay-Less recognized the need and donated to help fill the supply gap. The company is committed to supporting the local community by providing customers with essential items in a clean and safe environment, as well as donating to organizations that are responding to this pandemic.
Part of the GMA donation was used to purchase reusable PPEs and hand sanitizers for GMH.
