The Pay-Less Community Foundation was established to help support non-profit agencies in maximizing available resources and delivery of services to meet our communities' needs.
The Pay-Less Community Foundation aims to improve the quality of life of the people of Guam and focuses on the following service areas:
Health, including nutrition and fitness promotion, health education, and disease prevention
Education, including early childhood education and workforce development.
Social Services, including efforts that address family violence, homelessness, and elderly care
Environment, including recycling and island beautification
