Wholesale Merchandiser
Job Purpose:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing store shelves, managing inventory, providing top-notch customer service, delivering products as needed, and putting up POS/marketing materials for PDC brands. Working closely with the sales team to ensure displays are effective and stores are well-stocked.

- Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays by moving inventory from the back of the warehouse to the retail floor. Ensure shelves are consistently stocked.
- Use dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, push, and pull cases or products around customer accounts.
- Deliver products to retail locations as needed.
- Support the Sales team by setting up signage inside and outside of store locations to promote products.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
- Keep track of daily activities, including hours worked, rest stops, locations covered, and fuel expenses.
- Interact with customers, promote products, and maintain regular communication with the Sales Team.
- Help set up and break down company-sponsored events when needed.
- Complete necessary forms and reports to document pickups and deliveries. Note any discrepancies and obtain customer signatures for receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures at the stores.
Education/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, or retail operations, preferably in the grocery or retail industry.

Valid Guam Driver’s License and personal transportation.

Valid Health Certificate.
